After years as a Fortune 50 senior global leader in Financial Services and in Consulting, I realized that there was a gap in my understanding. I am a first gen, systems engineer trained in business. I knew process and technology inside and out. Yet I realized that my difference in culture caused me to struggle with the many unwritten rules that help the best leaders and teams to thrive. So I combined my ability to understand systems with rigorous training to deeply understand people, and launched The Lenserf Group.

In 13 years, we've helped first and only leaders and teams in more than 51 countries to see beyond the obvious, soar past limitations, and Exceed Their Potential (EYP).
