After years as a Fortune 100 senior global leader in Financial Services and in Consulting, I realized that there was a gap in my understanding. I am a first gen, systems engineer trained in business. I knew process and technology inside and out. Yet I realized that my difference in culture caused me to struggle with the many unwritten rules that help the best leaders and teams to thrive. So I combined my ability to understand systems with rigorous training to deeply understand people, and launched The Lenserf Group.
